I would know, as cutting out soda, possibly the worst of the worst, helped me lose over 100 pounds in a year. Then, of course, if you’re specifically trying to lose weight, you can supplement or replace meals with something along the lines of Medifast.
Then, there’s the matter of exercise. You’re going to need to first identify your strengths and weaknesses so that you can improve upon the latter. Then, you’ll need to find a workout routine that addresses those weaknesses and stick with it. Remember that failure is part of improvement and that you won’t, and shouldn’t be able to breeze through your workout. If you could, there wouldn’t be any point it. So, remember not to push yourself too hard or give up out of frustration. With these tips in mind, you’re well equipped to walk that path to health and fitness.
